Background

To build an exceptional organization and achieve our ‣, it is important but not sufficient for us each to have extraordinary individual habits. We can’t do this alone — our success depends on how well we work together. And just as individuals develop both good and bad habits, so do groups.

The purpose of this document is to define our “Operating System”, in other words, to document our individual and group habits so that they are good rather than bad. This document will be a living, breathing record of how Nourish works together as a team to be most productive and efficient.
