Location: Our amazing RD team (>1000 RDs!) is spread across the country (we see patients in all 50 states). Our engineering, product, and operations teams are partly remote with our home base in New York. We have an office in Manhattan in the heart of Silicon Alley.

Backstory: We originally came across this problem as patients — after life-changing experiences working with dietitians on chronic conditions but paying out-of-pocket, we all became passionate about expanding access to preventive care and fixing American healthcare.

We’re a tight-knit team with a unique culture:

• Our co-founders Aidan, Sam, and Stephanie have been hacking together on projects for many years. Aidan and Sam have been friends since third grade and later worked together at Bain & Co. Stephanie and Sam became friends during their intro CS class at Princeton.
• All of our dietitians (including our clinical leadership) are employees of Nourish and get healthcare, benefits, and equity in the company.
• The rest of our team is split across product, engineering, growth, operations, and customer experience. Our team members are exceptional, ambitious, and passionate about Nourish’s mission.
• The first 100 employees set the foundation and culture for the life of the company; we want our first 100 hires to be superstars. As part of the early team, you’ll be pivotal to building our company from the ground up, including hiring new teammates, setting the culture, and guiding the strategic direction of the business.
