We move surprisingly fast!
We can move as fast as ~3 weeks from the initial intro call to offer. We understand your time is valuable and you may be evaluating several opportunities, so we will work with your timeline and speed.
You’ll have an opportunity to meet the team members you’ll be working with and others across the organization — we feel strongly that our team is the best part of Nourish, and want you to be excited about working with each of us!
We also believe it’s important to meet in person — we will help you make accommodations to make that happen.
Our Process
- Application Submission
- Preliminary Screen (30min)
- We’ll discuss Nourish, our goals, and more specifics of the Chief of Staff position. We will ask questions to learn about your previous experience and what you’re looking for in your next role.
- Zoom with Aidan Dewar, Cofounder & CEO (45min)
- Candy will give you more context around the position, the work that has been done to date, and what success looks like moving forward. Candy will ask you in-depth questions about your past work, how you measure success, and the learnings you’ve had along the way.
- Project
- We’ll give you a project that will give you a feel for what working at Nourish and with the team could look like. We’ll be here to answer any questions you have and are excited to see what you come up with!
- The expect the project to take ~6hr and will provide a 7-day turnaround, but please let us know if you’ll need more time.
- Following submission and review, we may invite you onsite to present your project 1:1 with Aidan. We recommend planning on ~45min to walk-through your submission, highlighting recommendations, assumptions, questions, etc and ~15min for Q&A.
- Superday Interview (In our NY Office)
- You’ll meet with additional members of the Nourish executive team through four onsite interviews:

- Sam Perkins, Co-Founder & COO (60min)
- Aidan Dewar, Co-Founder & CEO (60min)
- John McGrath, CFO (60min)
- Meet more Nourish team members
- We want you to meet more of the team you’ll be working with! This is your chance to “reverse interview” more of the Nourish team and get to know everyone, including other members of the clinical ops team. This step of the process will be customized to you — you’ll have the opportunity to meet anyone else on the team you are interested in meeting.
